Ayon sa ulat, maaaring umabot ang hanggang tuhod ang baha sa UN corner Taft Avenue sa loob lamang ng 5 hanggang 10 minuto na walang tigil na ulan. Crucial area ang UN Avenue dahil mayroon itong mga eskwelahan at ospital.
