8,7 Earthquake and Tsunami in Philippines Today..!! Earthquake in Mindanao, Davao Shakes.
A 8,7 magnitude earthquake struck the Mindanao region of the Philippines. The earthquake was recorded of 56 kilometers.
A second devastating earthquake, initially measured at magnitude 8.7, struck the same region.
Its source: the Philippine Trench, one of the most unstable faults on the planet.
Initially, scientists assumed it was just an aftershock.
However, as new data came in, a troubling possibility emerged —
could this have been a separate earthquake, triggered by the same fault under immense pressure?
If so, it would mean that the pressure beneath the Earth’s crust was still shifting… still building.
