Former DPWH Usec. Roberto Bernardo tears up as he names personalities allegedly involved in the corruption surrounding the flood control projects.
In his supplementary affidavit, Bernardo named former Senators Bong Revilla, Nancy Binay, and Grace Poe, along with incumbent Senators Chiz Escudero and Jinggoy Estrada. He also mentioned several congressmen, government secretaries, and other political personalities.
