DEFENSOR UNLIKELY TO PURSUE IMPEACHMENT VS PBBM
Mike Defensor indicated that he is unlikely to pursue an impeachment complaint against President Bongbong Marcos, citing procedural issues with the case already filed by Atty. De Jesus.
He added that while his team could technically file a new complaint, the transmission and scheduling of such a case would be handled by the House Speaker’s office.
