Ayon kay House Committee on Justice Chairperson at Batangas 2nd District Rep. Gerville Luistro, kailangang sapat sa porma at sa nilalaman ang reklamo bago ito talakayin ng panel, alinsunod sa itinakdang proseso ng Kamara.
Naniniwala naman si House Senior Deputy Minority Leader at Caloocan 2nd District Rep. Edgar Erice na agad madi-dismiss ang reklamo.
