ABANTE WALKS OUT OF MARCOS IMPEACHMENT HEARING
After the House committee on justice voted that the impeachment complaint against President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. is sufficient in form, Manila 6th District Rep. Benny Abante walked out of the proceedings.
“Realizing that this is actually an exercise in futility and a waste of the people’s money, I therefore would like to walk out of this hearing right now,” said Abante.
