ML Party-list Rep. Leila De Lima stated that the allegations in the impeachment complaint against President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. on the ground of betrayal of public trust are mere conclusions and are not based on factual allegations, finding the second ground insufficient in substance.
De Lima focused on the president’s alleged drug addiction, which claims to impair his judgment.
