‘CONSTITUTIONAL SABOTAGE’ AT THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES?
Caloocan City 2nd District Rep. Edgar Erice claims the Office of the Secretary General (OSG) of the House has committed ‘constitutional sabotage’ after refusing to accept two impeachment complaints against Pres. Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
On Thursday, the Bagong Alyansang Makabayan and another group led by former Ilocos Norte Gov. Luis ‘Chavit’ Singson and former Rep. Michael Defensor were supposed to file their complaints at the House of Representatives, but OSG did not receive their complaints due its chief Cheloy Garafil being in Taiwan to receive an award from its Foreign Ministry.
