Nagsampa ng pangalawang impeachment complaint laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte ang 75 na complainant na pinangunahan ng Koalisyong Makabayan. Ang impeachment complaint ay nakatuon sa isang pangunahing akusasyon — ang pagtataksil sa tiwala ng publiko.
Ayon sa mga nananawagan, ang mga aksyon ng Pangalawang Pangulo, kabilang na ang kontrobersyal at kuwestiyonableng paggasta ng mga confidential funds ay nagdulot ng panganib sa seguridad ng mga mamamayan at lumabag sa kanyang mga obligasyong itinakda ng Konstitusyon.
