Lumabas sa mga dokumentong isiniwalat ni Rep. Leandro Legarda Leviste na may pinakamalaking “allocable” o NEP Restored fund ang Manila 6th District ni Rep. Benny Abante Jr. sa 2025 DPWH budget na umaabot sa ₱1.265 bilyon. Muling umigting ang usapin sa patas na pamamahagi ng pondo sa gitna ng imbestigasyon sa flood control at iba pang infrastructure projects.
