Isinuko ni dating DPWH assistant district engineer Brice Hernandez sa Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) ang isa sa kaniyang mga luxury vehicle nitong Biyernes (Setyembre 19), bilang tanda ng pakikipagtulungan sa grupo sa imbestigasyon sa maanomalyang flood control projects.
Kasabay nito ang pagdalo ni Hernandez sa pagdinig ng ICI. Ayon kay ICI adviser Benjamin Magalong, nagbigay ng “tell-all” si Hernandez sa kanila para matukoy ang iba pang sangakot umano sa kontrobersya.
