A car drove into a street party to mark the Filipino festival- Lapu Lapu Day in Vancouver, killing at least nine and injuring several people. Canadian police have arrested the 30-year-old driver of the car and have ruled out the incident to be an act of terrorism. Canadian PM Mark Carney said he was “devastated” by the “horrific events” and condoled the victims.
