Facing a joint House panel’s probe into anomalous flood control projects on Tuesday (September 9), sacked DPWH Bulacan assistant district engineer Brice Hernandez presented screenshots of alleged “disappearing messages” between his immediate superior, Henry Alcantara, and Sen. Joel Villanueva. Hernanez’s former colleague, JP Mendoza, detailed the content of the exchange, as he was the one who took photos of the messages on Alcantara’s phone.
