DPWH Sec. Vince Dizon confirmed the dismissal of former Bulacan first district engineer Henry Alcantara amid allegations of involvement in alleged “ghost” flood control projects. Dizon made the announcement as he inspected an alleged ghost project by Wawao Builders, which is now “perpetually blacklisted”, along with other contractors.
