WATCH: A viral video of Samar Gov. Sharee Ann Tan dancing as peso bills rained down on her during a lavish dinner has sparked outrage online, with critics contrasting the spectacle to the plight of flood-stricken residents in the province.
The footage posted on Facebook, supposedly taken during an event at the Samar Convention Center last Saturday, shows Tan mingling with several guests and local elected officials while basking in the spectacle of money tossed in the air.
