Flooding in Cebu not as destructive if desilting project in Mananga River was completed — Garcia

#TheBigStory | Former Cebu governor Gwen Garcia believes that the recent widespread flooding could have been reduced had the desilting work at the Mananga River been completed.

According to Garcia, the project was intended to remove accumulated silt and improve water flow in Cebu.
