The House Ethics Committee recommended on Monday (December 1) a 60-day suspension for Cavite Fourth District Rep. Kiko Barzaga after finding him guilty of disorderly conduct.
The panel recommended suspension without benefits of salaries and allowances with a stern warning that a repetition of similar conduct would result to a more severe disciplinary action.
The committee also directed Barzaga to remove certain social media posts within 24 hours.
