FULL: Senators vote for Senate president of 20th Congress | ABS-CBN News

Sen. Francis “Chiz” Escudero was reelected as Senate President in the race against Sen. Vicente “Tito” Sotto III during the opening of the 20th Congress on Monday, July 28. Nineteen senators voted for Escudero, while five voted for Sotto.
