Wawao Builders general manager Mark Allan Arevalo drew frustration from several senators during the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee hearing on Monday (September 1) after repeatedly invoking his right against self-incrimination during the investigation on anomalous flood control projects. Arevalo declined to answer questions with regards to the alleged ‘ghost’ projects of the said construction firm.
