ICYMI: Heidi recalls how Jinggoy tried to block her appointment as COA commissioner | ABS-CBN News

In case you missed it (September 29, 2025): Former Commission on Audit (COA) Commissioner Heidi Mendoza recalled how Sen. Jinggoy Estrada once supposedly tried to block her post’s confirmation in the commission. Mendoza allged that at the height of pork barrel scam audit, Estrada tried to write to the Asian Development Bank to gather dirt against her and even called her “inutil” during Commission on Appointments (CA) hearing in 2014.
