Kinumpirma din ng alkalde na nai-turnover na nito ang Manila drainage masterplan kay Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. sa naging pagbisita nito sa mga biktima ng malaking sunog sa Happyland sa Tondo noong Setyembre 14.
