On The Scene: Manila City Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso on Wednesday pledged to find ways to settle the P26.9 million in unpaid financial assistance owed to the Manila Police District (MPD) by the previous city administration. The commitment was made during his address to MPD personnel following his participation in the district’s first command conference.
