Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon on Tuesday (August 12) emphasized the importance of coordination between national and local government in fast-tracking projects after Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno helped resolve the right-of-way issues in Manila which delayed the construction of tracks and stations of North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) in the city for almost two years.
