Jinggoy, Marcoleta slam DPWH over wrong flood control project coordinates | ABS-CBN News

Senators Jinggoy Estrada and Rodante Marcoleta grilled Public Works officials Rhalf Cawaling and Undersecretary Catalina Cabral over discrepancies between project coordinates listed in the agency’s Multi-Year Programming and Scheduling Application (MYPS) and Project and Contract Management Application Web (PCMA-Web).

Marcoleta and Estrada said the errors misled President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., who visited supposed project locations but found nothing, raising suspicions of ghost projects.
