He also weighs in on the recent arrest of a DPWH district engineer for allegedly attempting to bribe a lawmaker and addresses Senator Panfilo Lacson’s exposé on questionable flood control contracts.
Estrada confirms that the next hearing is scheduled for September 1 and warns that subpoenas will be issued for contractors who were absent during the initial hearing, with arrests possible for non-compliance.
