Sinagot ni Batangas 1st District Rep. Leandro Legarda Leviste ngayong Biyernes, October 17, ang pahayag ni DPWH Secretary Dizon sa press conference nito, matapos niyang ibunyag ang umano’y koneksyon ng ilang kawani ng ahensya sa mga kontratista.
Pinangalanan din ni Leviste si Arrey Perez, Undersecretary for Operations in charge of Convergence Projects and Technical Services, na itinalaga ni Dizon sa kanyang team. Dagdag pa ni Leviste, isa lamang si Perez sa mga opisyal na umano’y may kaugnayan sa mga kontratista.
