Former Manila mayor Isko Moreno, who is seeking a city hall comeback, holds a campaign rally in Quiapo, Manila, on Friday, April 25. Vice President Sara Duterte is expected to join him.
Quiapo is in the 3rd District of Manila, the district of Congressman Joel Chua, a reelectionist and known Duterte critic. He is among the House members who will act as prosecutors at Duterte’s impeachment trial.
