Vice President Sara Duterte on Tuesday (September 16) slammed House Speaker Martin Romualdez and his alleged involvement in the anomalous flood control projects and corruption in the 2025 national budget. Duterte also criticized Marcos’ Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI), saying the President is ‘clueless’ and ‘too slow’ in resolving the said issue.
