Today a new witness testifies about the arrest of businessman Katiso “KT” Molefe when the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry resumes its hearings in Pretoria this morning.
Molefe who is accused of murder and being a member of a criminal cartel was arrested at his home in Sandhurst, Johannesburg in December last year.
