Tumaas ang tubig baha sa Estero De Paco sa Brgy. 672 sa Paco, Maynila gabi ng Linggo, November 9, bunsod ng patuloy na pag-ulan at high tide. Ayon sa ilang residente, nagkaproblema ang malapit na pumping station sa lugar kaya hindi agad humupa. Sa video ng netizen na si Enrico Orola, halos hindi gumagalaw ang tubig sa loob ng kanilang bahay. Kinabukasan na nang humupa ang tubig baha. – MNP
