Senate Blue Ribbon Committee chairperson Sen. Rodante Marcoleta expressed his frustration Tuesday (August 19) with Allan Quirante, owner of QM Builders, during the panel’s probe into allegedly anomalous flood control projects.
Quirante was unable to give direct answers when asked about the contracts and projects his company, prompting Marcoleta to raise his voice. QM Builders is among the top contractors flagged for bagging billions worth of flood control funds.
