On The Scene: President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos led the inauguration of Phase IV of the Pasig Bigyang Buhay Muli (PBBM) Project on Sunday, marking a significant milestone in the revitalization of the historic Pasig River and Manila’s urban spaces. Phase IV connects with previous phases that stretch from Fort Santiago through Intramuros, Plaza Mexico, Liwasang Bonifacio, and down to Arroceros, completing a vital link in the riverside esplanade network.
