President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. on Tuesday (October 28) said he merely “laid out the facts” when he brought up China’s aggression in the West Philippine Sea during his intervention speech at the 28th ASEAN-China Summit. Speaking with reporters following the meet, Marcos went on to recall how Chinese Premiere Li Qiang, who represented China, reacted to his statement.
