Top Story: President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Friday (August 15) said he would summon St. Timothy Construction — the contractor that won billions of pesos in government projects — to explain why a flood control structure in Bulacan remained incomplete and substandard over 2 years since its expected completion date.

St. Timothy Construction is linked to Pacifico and Sarah Discaya, a husband and wife duo, who control a group of construction companies based in Pasig City.
