BREAKING: Manila City Mayor Francisco “Isko” Moreno Domagoso has ordered the suspension of physical classes in all levels in both public and private schools tomorrow, Monday, September 22, to ensure the safety of all students.
The Mayor also instructed all schools to implement Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) to continue learning despite the suspension.
