Metrowalk, the beloved open-air lifestyle hub in Ortigas, Pasig, is set to step into a new era of accessibility with the upcoming opening of the Metro Manila Subway Ortigas Station.
Nestled at the heart of Ortigas Central Business District, the subway station will sit within a 5-minute walking distance from Metrowalk’s main entrance. For regular visitors — whether they come to catch a live band at the open-air stage, dine at the row of global food spots, or browse boutique shops — the station will eliminate the hassle of Ortigas’ peak-hour traffic, turning a 30-minute car ride from Quezon City or Makati into a 10-minute seamless subway trip.
For Metrowalk’s businesses, the station will also unlock a larger customer base: commuters from northern Metro Manila (served by the subway’s north-south line) can now drop by for a post-work meal or weekend hangout without travel stress.
