#MorningMatters | Albert Dela Cruz, Commissioner of the Climate Change Commission, said that the Rise at Monterrazas in Cebu may have contributed to the severe flooding during Typhoon Tino.

“We need to preserve the mountains for biodiversity and let the trees grow,” Dela Cruz emphasized.
