Sagip party-list Rep. Paolo Henry Marcoleta and House minority leader Rep. Marcelino Libanan clashed Monday (August 11) on the issue of Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment and the Supreme Court’s ruling on the case. Marcoleta is the son of former congressman and now-senator Rodante Marcoleta, who moved to archive Duterte’s impeachment case.
