NBI to probe VP Sara Duterte's threats vs Marcos even if she skips hearing again

The NBI director said they would ask the Vice President why she unleashed the death threats against members of the Marcos family. They would also ask Duterte who was the assassin she had allegedly contacted for the kill plot.
