National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Jaime Santiago confirms that the President has formally accepted his resignation. Further, Santiago said the President may announce his replacement this week. Santiago thanked his supporters for staying with him throughout his stint in the agency and urged them to continue on what they have started.
