Binusisi ni Senador Rodante Marcoleta sa budget hearing sa Senado nitong Lunes (October 27) ang pagkakatalaga ni Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vince Dizon kay Undersecretary for Regional Operations in Luzon Arthur Bisnar.
Kinuwestyon ni Marcoleta ang pagkakatanggal kay Bisnar bilang chief of the directorial staff ng Philippine National Police (PNP) noong 2022.
“He’s a man of integrity,” dipensa ni Dizon kay Bisnar.
Nakatrabaho ni Dizon si Bisnar noong siya pa ang kalihim ng Department of Transportation (DOTr).
