#Storycon | Oriental Mindoro 1st District Rep. Arnan Panaligan said he was saddened to be mentioned in Senator Ping Lacson’s privilege speech on alleged irregularities in flood control projects.
He said that the Department of Public Works and Highways was solely responsible for awarding the projects and that he had no involvement in the process.
Panaligan also denied being a proponent of the projects.
