Soundbytes: Former President Rodrigo Duterte has been advised to run for vice president in 2028, possibly forming a tandem with his daughter Sara Duterte, former presidential legal counsel Salvador Panelo said on Saturday. Panelo, who still talks to the former president regularly, said he is among those who are pushing for a Duterte-Duterte tandem in 2028.
