Kuha sa CCTV footage sa Barangay 51, Zone 4, District 1 sa Maynila ang pagbagsak ng isang malaking solar panel. Tinangay ito ng malakas na hangin dulot ng bagyong Nando noong Martes, September 23 ng hapon.
Ayon sa mga awtoridad, wala namang nasaktan o natamaan ng solar panel.
Pinag-iingat din ang lahat tuwing naglalakad sa labas lalo na kapag masama ang panahon. #FYP
