Napailawan na ng Manila-LGU nitong Huwebes (Oktubre 2) ang madilim na kahabaan ng Osmeña Highway hanggang Quirino Avenue sa ilalim ng Skyway matapos makumpleto ang lighting project ng lungsod katuwang ang San Miguel Corporation.
Sabi ni Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso, tinatayang nagkakahalaga ng P20.8 milyon ang proyekto na pinondohan ni Ramon Ang.
