Masaya raw si Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. sa pagbasura ng House of Representatives sa mga impeachment complaint na inihain laban sa kaniya, at sinabing makatutulong ito upang makapagpatuloy ang administrasyon sa kanilang trabaho.
“I am glad that the impeachment complaints against me are finished. We can get on with our work because these things are distractions from the things that we are doing.”
“Although I wasn’t very worried because I saw the impeachment complaint, and I knew that I would be alright. There were no real grounds for the impeachment. It was a political move as usual,” dagdag niya.
Samantala, hindi nagbigay ng reaksiyon ang pangulo sa pag-usad ng impeachment complaint laban kay VP Sara Duterte.
