A city of the living… in the realm of the dead! In Manila, in one of the city’s main cemeteries, 4,000 people live among and inside the tombs. It is a unique place in the world where life flows between death and the people who have decided to live in the cemetery, coexisting with the ghosts and spirits of the dead, whom they say they can hear and see. For them, it is now normal. In fact, they are happy to live in the cemetery, far from the chaos of the city and immersed in the “silence” of a sacred place like the cemetery.
Today, I take you inside a city where the houses are tombs, and its citizens are both alive and dead.
