Presented by ABS-CBN News Documentaries and ABS-CBN News Digital’s NXT, People of the Philippines v. Arnolfo Teves Jr. is a 2025 documentary by journalist Adrian Ayalin that recaps the story of the arrest of Filipino congressman Arnolfo “Arnie” Teves Jr. in connection to the assassination of Negros Oriental governor Roel Degamo in 2023. Teves Jr. is implicated as the “mastermind” of the killing by two other arrested suspects. Teves has claimed innocence.
The documentary looks back into the Degamo murder as well as the Teves’ stay in Timor-Leste where he attempted to seek political asylum and his eventual return to the country.
