Super Typhoon Uwan struck Philippines on Sunday, November 9, 2025. Strong winds and torrential rains battered San Ramon, Cabugao, and Bato in Catanduanes this Sunday morning amidst the onslaught of Super Typhoon Uwan, internationally known as Fung-wong.
Super Typhoon Uwan also struck Barangay Moonwalk, Virac, Catanduanes. Strong winds also knocked down trees in Naga City due to Super Typhoon Uwan. As Uwan moved along the northern coast of the Bicol Region, it caused extensive damage in various parts.
