Philippines earthquake kills 72 people: Search and rescue called off on Cebu island

The death toll from the magnitude 6.9 earthquake that hit the central Philippines has risen to 72. The government says search and rescue work has ended, but for those whose loved ones have been found dead, the reality is just beginning to sink in.
